The Offer

• A client purchasing The Offer accepts The Offer Terms and Conditions in addition to the standard WebAlive Terms and Conditions
• A client taking this offer will be required to pay $900 up front - this provides the client with a 'Done For You' website valued at over $1400* for 1 year including:
• Website Set up on a Designer Template, Hosting, Email accounts, Domain name (.com), desktop website editing software & all support
• WebAlive aim to complete your site in 10 days
• This is subject to receiving all content and payment clearance
• There can be unavoidable issues when creating websites and WebAlive do not guarantee the 10 day site live
• The client must provide all content required in a Microsoft Word Document format
• After the first year ongoing maintenance invoices are applicable

Other Services

• A client may choose to purchase other services from WebAlive in conjunction with this offer and these should be discussed with WebAlive

Domain Names

• The client can purchase a .com.au domain name for an additional $46.05 on the initial payment. The .com.au domain name is valid for 2 years, after which renewal charges apply ($66**) biennially (every 2 years)
• If a client does not wish to take a domain name in conjunction with this offer WebAlive will not alter the offer price and also will not apply domain name renewal charges related to this offer
• If a client already has a domain name which they wish to apply to this offer WebAlive can provide Domain name forwarding services at no additional cost. WebAlive can also provide name management services at no extra cost and it is preferable that WebAlive manage its client's domain names. It enables WebAlive to provide a greater standard of service with regards to website maintenance.
• If a client wishes to obtain an additional domain WebAlive can manage domain name forwarding for all domain names on behalf of the client at no extra cost

Domain Name Renewal Charges:

• Where WebAlive manage a clients Domain Name, Domain Name renewal charges apply:
• .com domain renewal $19.95** - applicable annually
• .com.au domain name renewal $66.00 - applicable biennially (every two years)

Monthly Maintenance Charges

• After the first year monthly maintenance charges are applicable which will be applied in accordance with WebAlives standard terms and conditions including:
• Discounted monthly website maintenance at $49.95** (reduced from $79.95 for this offer) including hosting, support, email accounts and desktop website editing software (WebCommerce)

Additional Content Pages

• The offer is to create a website for the client including populating 5 content pages
• This excludes creation and population of the shopping cart (e-Commerce) and additional pages of content population
• If a client wishes to purchase additional pages of content population they are available @ $100 per page
• Shopping cart (E-commerce) content population services are also available $POA
• Additional Content Pages and shopping cart population may mean that WebAlive will not able to create the Website in 10 days

Cancellation

• If a client cancels their WebAlive product (The Offer) after the initial payment for the first year and within the first year period, WebAlive can cancel the website for the client at the clients request and will not refund any monies
• E.g. A client purchases The Offer from WebAlive and pays for the offer. At a later stage the client decides they no longer want The Offer from WebAlive. WebAlive will not refund any amount of the money paid by the client. The client can request to cancel their website to remove from the internet
• If a client cancels their WebAlive product after the first year the client is entitled to retain their website for the remainder of the month that has been paid for. A client can choose to cancel their website before the end of the paid period and WebAlive will not provide any refund for the balance of payments made in lieu of cancellation within that month

WebAlive Standard Terms and Conditions

• The Offer is also subject to the standard WebAlive Terms and Conditions
• A client purchasing The Offer agrees to The Offer Terms and Conditions in addition to the WebAlive Terms and Conditions

Refer a friend and get a FREE Domain Name!

1. This offer is available for the month of March 2009
2. An eligible referral will not be an existing WebAlive client and will purchase goods and/or services of no less than AU $200 from WebAlive in a single transaction or over a continuous period of 12 months
3. The referrer will be eligible for the offer once the referral has purchased goods or services from WebAlive as (outlined in b.).
4. An eligible referrer is an existing WebAlive client and must have their domain name managed by WebAlive to receive the benefit of the offer
5. WebAlive offer free domain name management and transfers for WebAlive clients
6. Eligible referrers will be contacted by WebAlive when they are entitled to take up the free offer - this will be after the referral has purchased their products and services (outlined in b.)
7. WebAlive will apply the complimentary domain on the referrers next domain renewal
8. If a referred is eligible for the free offer and they choose the free domain renewal option, in the event that have multiple domain names they will be asked to nominate the domain name they wish to have renewed for free
9. If the referrer cancels their services with WebAlive and they were eligible for the domain name renewal, they will not be entitled to the free domain renewal or other benefit of this offer
10. If the referred cancels their services with WebAlive and they chose the additional free domain name option, WebAlive will continue to manage the domain name until a request to transfer is received
11. The offer for a free domain name includes .com, net and other similar domain name types. .au domain names are not included in this offer. WebAlive will pay for the first year of Domain Name registration and renewal fees apply which will be invoiced by WebAlive when they are due
12. WebAlive reserves the right to alter this offer at any time
