Lean was looking to have a website design that would reflect its core values of fine-tuning business and production processes to deliver value to customers with the minimum amount of waste and maximum value. Lean’s trainers travel all across Australia to speak and consult, hence the website needed to promote their speaking engagements and publications. The website required e commerce functionality to enable Lean to sell courses, workbooks, and other learning materials; it also needed to have a flexible booking system for customers and clients to book Lean’s trainers for speaking engagements and workshops.
WebAlive designed a minimalist ecommerce website for Lean that would deliver a professional impression to the visitors. The website was built in WebCommander, a robust CMS where minimalism and ecommerce functions were integrated efficiently to help clients find what Lean had to offer. The style and functionality were developed to offer visitors a unique experience and elevate the value proposition of Lean Enterprise. Registering for Workshops & Events were made easy for the customers by providing online forms. The easy to manage interface of the backend was developed to enable the Lean staffs to track the bookings, upload products, update events, and manage users and transactions quite easily.
Apart from a new look, WebAlive provided Lean with the functional ecommerce website that has enabled them to perform its business operations more efficiently – replacing the cumbersome manual system that Lean staffs had to use to manage bookings in the past. Lean has experienced greater online exposure in the training and consultancy industry and is well on its way to even greater success.
