Stephen’s Fine Foods is an award-winning supplier of traditional desserts, cakes and other delicacies. Originally a cafe that opened in 1985, the business developed a name of itself by specialising in superior quality puddings and cakes, sauces and biscuits. Stephen’s has won multiple prestigious awards for their products which are stocked in a huge number of gourmet food stores across Australia.
After WebAlive was selected by Stephens Fine Foods we performed a thorough review of their website and its user interface. We aimed to design it in a better way to reflect Stephens Fine Foods as a brand, and aid the user in their journey through the site. The site’s responsive design adapts to any device the customer is using – from desktops, tablets to smart phones. With a flexible, modular layout and refreshed digital branding, the Stephens Fine Foods website focuses on customer needs providing both new customers and loyal followers the opportunity to easily purchase Stephen’s delicious produce no matter where they were. The enhanced back-end system enables the staff at Stephens to monitor the sales and income at a glance from the WebCommander dashboard and update their stock lists more easily.
