We built a Digital Treatment & Order Management System with dedicated portals for clients, staff, and administrators, featuring role-based access and secure, customisable permissions. The Exsited-powered backend automates Steritech’s order workflows, integrates with Microsoft Business Central, and handles both irradiated and non-irradiated pallets with dynamic commodity and temperature management.
The system enforces industry-standard validations, ensures compliance, and generates custom PDFs for ICA-55 and export summaries. Overall, it streamlines operations, reduces errors, and provides real-time order tracking for clients and staff.
