Connected Commerce & ERP Integration
TGI Teamwear needed a scalable, integrated ecommerce platform to manage merchandise for sporting clubs, schools, and community teams — each requiring tailored access to products, pricing, and catalogues. The project delivered a Connected Commerce solution built on WebCommander and integrated with NetSuite ERP, Image Relay, and Teamatical via Exsited, WebAlive’s proprietary integration middleware.
Central to the solution is the Community Segment — a purpose-built model that gives individual sporting clubs and teams their own curated shopping environment within shop.tgiteamwear.com.au, with account-specific pricing, catalogues, and product visibility all controlled from NetSuite as the central source of truth.
With NetSuite as the single source of truth, we built a fully synchronised commerce environment where product data, customer accounts, design files, and purchase orders flow automatically between platforms via Exsited.
Our approach included:
The Shop TGI platform eliminated manual data entry between NetSuite and the ecommerce environment, automated fulfilment handoffs to Teamatical, and gave each sporting community self-service access to their own merchandise programme.
Community team managers can now place accurate orders independently, reducing TGI's administrative overhead and improving the buying experience across clubs, schools, and sporting organisations. Merchandise sales increased through expanded product accessibility and a streamlined ordering process — with the connected commerce infrastructure now scalable to support new communities without rebuilding the platform.
